Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I'm sorry but we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Can I cancel my order?

If you purchased a physical product, you may cancel your order at any time so long as it has not yet been shipped.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you have received the incorrect product, please reach out via the contact page so that we can remedy the situation!

If the product has arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the packaging is damaged, please attach photos to the email and we will investigate further.

Please note however that the buyer is responsible for receiving the shipment safely and as such, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

In general, most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.

However, it’s important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order. 

How much will shipping cost?

Shipping varies depending on the destination. The rate is calculated at checkout once you enter your address. Shipping rates are determined solely by the carrier.

How do I track my order

You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped. It may take a few days for the tracking to become active.
